Landfill soakage water - Wastewater treatment and recycling

"Out of sight - but not out of mind for decades to come" - this could be the slogan for numerous landfills established in recent decades. For many years to come, the rainwater seeping away there has to be collected and treated at great expense. Due to the high organic load, unwanted and uncontrolled anaerobic degradation processes then occur in the collection basins, resulting in enormous odour pollution and strong acidification. The components and aerators from ATB that can be used in any tank geometry effectively prevent these undesirable processes.
